Amsterdam in April

Am vorletzten Sonntag hatte mein Mann Geburtstag, diesbezüglich fuhren wir ans Meer und nach Amsterdam um diesen Tag etwas zu feiern. Eigentlich wollten wir dort ein Paar Tage bleiben, doch wegen des Wetters sind wir nur durchs Wochenende geblieben. Den ersten Tag und die Nach haben wir in Zadvoort verbracht.

Obwohl ich schon recht spät reserviert habe, ist es mir gelungen ein Zimmer mit Meerblick zu ergattern. Und nicht nur mit Meerblick, sondern auch mit einem Blick auf die Stadt, in der wir übernachteten. Das Zimmer hatte auf der Hälfte seiner Wände Fenster. Das Bett war so hoch und so platziert, dass ich im liegen das Meer beobachten konnte. Ich bin morgens speziell früher aufgestanden um im Bett zu gucken, wie die Nacht zum Tag über dem Meer wird. Ganz am Morgen sind wir noch etwas auf dem Strand spaziert, keine Menschenseele war zu finden. Es war wunderbar. Danach sind wir nach Amsterdam gefahren.

Was ich noch sagen wollte. Am Tag zuvor auf dem Weg zu einer anderen Stadt, haben wir Blumenplantagen gefunden. Und das massenhaft! Der Geruch war wundervoll und tausend mal intensiver als in jeglichem Blumenladen :)

W poprzednią niedzielę (nie wczorajszą) z okazji urodzin mojego męża pojechaliśmy na weekend nad morze i do Amsterdamu. Początkowo planowaliśmy zostać kilka dni dłużej, ale pogoda pokrzyżowała trochę nasze plany i wróciliśmy prędzej. Pierwszy dzień i noc spędziliśmy w nadmorskiej miejscowości Zandvoort.

Pomimo tego, że rezerwowałam niemal na ostatnią chwilę, udało mi się zdobyć pokój z widokiem na morze. Ba! nie tylko na morze ale i część miasteczka, gdyż połowa pokoju składała się z okien. Łóżko było na tyle wysokie i tak ustawione, że leżąc w nim mogłam oglądać morze. Rano wcześniej wstałam, by w wygodnej pozycji móc oglądać jak dzień wstaje nad morzem. Cudownie. Po wczesnym śniadaniu pospacerowaliśmy na bezludnej jeszcze plaży i ruszyliśmy w kierunku Amsterdamu.

Zapomniałabym dodać! Poprzedniego dnia zrobiliśmy sobie małą wycieczkę do innego, pobliskiego miasteczka. Na trasie trafiliśmy na plantacje kwiatów. Zapach był nie do opisania... sto razy mocniejszy niż w jakiejkolwiek kwiaciarni. Widoki cudowne, tych plantacji było dziesiątki! :)

Last Sunday my husband had his birthday and to Amsterdam to celebrate it a little, we went for a trip at the sea and. We planned to stay there longer, but because of the weather, we stayed only over the weekend. We spent the first day and night in a small seaside town named Zandvoort.

I booked a room quite late, so it was a miracle, that I could get one with sea view. Not only sea view, but with a view on a part of the city, because the half of the room where windows. The bed was such placed, that I could watch the sea lying in it. I specially woke up earlier to see how night turns into day over the sea. We went for a little walk to the beach early in the morning. It was wonderful, quietly (except of the waves) and we were the only persons there! After that we went to Amsterdam.

I almost forgotten! The day before while we were driving to another little town at the seaside, we found flower plantations. Many of them! It was so beautiful and the smell was better and more intense then at the biggest florist!

Unser Hotel war in einem Maritimen-Nostalgie Stil gehalten. Etwas minimalistisch und doch ganz schön und gemütlich. Das Bett war außergewöhnlich bequem!

Nasz hotel był utrzymany w morskim/nostaligcznym stylu. Podłoga i ściany były niby wyłożone starymi, zniszczonymi na brzegach deskami, meble były dość stylowe i minimalistyczne. Dzięki wystrojowi czułam się jak na statku. Przód i bok pokoju był cały z okien, dzięki czemu mieliśmy wspaniały widok. Rano, gdy się obudziłam z godzinę leżałam w łóżku i patrzyłam się na morze.

Our room was in a nostalgic-maritime style. It was a little bit minimalistic but very comfortable and nice. And the bed was incredibly comfortable!

Dieser Schal fährt überall mit mir mit. Ich habe ihn in Dublin gekauft und seitdem hat er wohl die halbe Welt gesehen :) Wenn ich weg fahre nehme ich immer wieder Kleidung in den selben Farbtönen mit und der Schal passt einfach dazu :)

Ten szalik zwiedził ze mną już pół świata (a kupiłam go w Irlandii)! Biorę go na każdą podróż ze sobą, ponieważ świetnie uzupełnia moje ubrania - które ciągle wybieram w tych samym kolorach, gdy gdzieś jadę.

I bought the scarf in Dublin and since that, it is a companion in all of my trips. I noticed, that I am packing always the same colours and the scarf just fits!

Weil das Hotel sehr nah am Strand lag sind wir am morgen dort spazieren gegangen. Es regnete leicht, doch dies war uns egal, der Strand gehörte nur uns!

Skoro nasz hotel był tak blisko plaży, aż żal było nie iść na nią z samego rana. Była lekka mżawka, ale cisza (prócz szumu fal) i bezludna plaża wszystko wynagrodziły :)

As our hotel was so close to the beach we decided to take a wolk early in the morning. It was raining a little bit, thanks what the beach belonged only to us!

Das warten bis es grün wird ist nicht mehr so langweilig, wenn man siehst wie viele Sekunden noch das rot dauert :) Clever :)

Den Schal habe ich den Tag zuvor in Noordwijk gekauft. Es ist ein schlichter Schal, nicht zu dick, in der perfekten Länge und in einem wunderschönem Rotton - deswegen war ich schon seit einem Jahr nach der Suche nach einem und erst hier habe ich ihn gefunden :)

Szalik, który mam na sobie kupiłam poprzedniego dnia w innej nadmorskiej miejscowości - Noordwijk. Niby prosty szalik, a od roku szukałam takiego idealnego, nie za grubego w pięknym odcieniu czerwieni :)

664: Contrasts and the dotted cardigan

Als ich gestern meinen Schrank aufgeräumt habe, bemerkte ich, dass fast alle meine Kleider in gesättigten Farben sind, dazu ein Paar schwarze und weiße Teile. Pastellfarben kamen fast gar nicht vor. Nicht, dass mir das irgendwelche Sorgen zubereitet - im Gegenteil. Seit einiger Zeit habe ich wieder meine Farbenphase und seitdem je Farbenfröhlicher mein Outfit ist, desto besser.

Als ich diese Strickjacke in meine Hände bekommen habe wusste ich sofort, dass ich sie mit Kontrastfarben zusammenstellen muss. Viele würden sich an das schwarz-weiße Konzept halten, vielleicht eine Farbe dazulegen (vermutlich rot). Ich dagegen wollte es sehr farblich gestalten, bei zwei musste ich leider aufhören sonnst wäre das ganze schon etwas übertrieben. Ich bin kein Muster-Fan aber bei schwarz-weißen Punkten kann ich einfach nicht vorbei gehen :)

Die Tasche hab ich in einem Laden, der Parfois heißt in Las Palmas (Gran Canaria) vor etwa zwei Monaten gekauft. Ich habe schon eine andere rote Tasche, der Marke Fiorelli, doch es hat sich ergeben, dass sie für den Alltag etwas zu groß ist. Und wenn sie nicht voll-gestopft ist dann sieht sie nicht gut aus (was man in anderen Post, wo ich sie zeige gut erkennen kann).

Hier ein guter Rat: wenn ihr eine Tasche im Laden kauft, nehmt das ganze Papier das sie steif machen soll, raus und hängt die Tasche über die Schulter. Wenn sie in sich hinein fällt sucht lieber nach einem anderen Modell.

P.S. Dieser Post hat mich daran erinnert, dass ich noch ein Paar Bilder von meiner Reise nach Gran Canaria habe, die ich unbedingt zeigen wollte. Ich habe auch ein Paar von den Sachen, die ich dort ergattert habe. Die werde ich demnächst zeigen :)

Sprzątając wczoraj szafę zauważyłam, że prawie nie mam ubrań w bladych, rozmytych kolorach. Większość stanowią soczyste odcienie, trochę bieli i czerni. I wcale mnie ten fakt nie zmartwił, gdyż od jakiegoś czasu przechodzę ponowną "fazę" na mieszanie ze sobą soczystych kolorów. Kto ogląda mojego bloga już dłużej, zapewne zauważył, że wcześniej ubierałam się kolorowo, by później trochę zejść z tonu i lubować się w bezpieczniejszych barwach. Ale moja słabość to szalonych kolorów powróciła i cieszę się, że nie pozbyłam się moich barwnych ubrań i znów mogę je wykorzystywać.

Gdy zdobyłam ten sweter od razu pomyślałam, że na pewno zestawię go z czymś równie kontrastującym. Wiele osób pozostałoby przy jednym dodatkowym kolorze, a reszta byłaby utrzymana w konwencji biało-czarnej. Przy takich wzorach mam ochotę dokładać i dokładać wciąż nowe barwy, by jednak jakoś wyglądać powstrzymałam się po dodaniu drugiego koloru. Nie jestem zwolennikiem wzorów, szczególnie na swetrach, ale przy tym kropkowanym modelu nie mogłam się powstrzymać :)

Torebkę pokazuję tutaj po raz pierwszy, a ma już dobre dwa miesiące. Kupiłam ją w sklepie o nazwie Parfois w Las Palmas (Gran Canaria). Co prawda miałam już czerwoną torebkę marki Fiorelli, ale okazała się zbyt duża na co dzień i nie wypchana dość nieciekawie się układała. Dlatego na mniejsze wyjścia wybieram tą. Nawet, gdy znajduje się w niej zaledwie kilka rzeczy dobrze trzyma formę.

Gorąco polecam, by przed kupnem torebki w sklepie, wyjąć z niej wszystkie papiery i przewiesić ją przez ramię. Wtedy można najlepiej ocenić, jak będzie się prezentowała. Gdy będzie się zapadać - poszukajcie lepszego modelu.

P.S. Post ten przypomniał mi, że mam sporo jeszcze niepokazanych zdjęć z moich wakacji na Wyspach Kanaryjskich. Ba! Mam nawet kilka fotek moich zakupowych zdobyczy, więc spodziewajcie się jeszcze kilku wycieczkowych postów! :)

Yesterday, while cleaning my closet I noticed that I have barely no clothes in pastel tones. Almost everything is in saturated colour, some pieces are in black and white. But I don't mind, because lately I've become a huge fan of these colours. If your watching my blog long enough, you must have noticed that I already had such colour-phase and now its back.

When I got this cardigan into my hand, I immediately knew that I had to wear it with something saturated. Most of you would keep the black-white concept and maybe add an extra shade (red probably). I wanted to add a lot of colour but I had to stop myself after two extra shades. More of them were to much.

I bought the bag in a store called Parfois in Las Palmas (Gran Canaria). I already had a red one from Fiorelli but it turned out that is was to big for everyday. If it wasn't fully stuffed it didn't look well, what you could see in almost every post with this bag.

Here is a little tip: before buying a bag in a store take out all the papers that should rigid the bag and hang it on your shoulder. If the empty bag collapses and doesn't look like with the papers, you better look out for another model.

663: The red Asos leo dress

Ich habe sehr lange überlegt ob ich mir dieses Kleid kaufen sollte. Von der einen Seite faszinierte mich das Muster, den roten Leo fand ich sehr artistisch. Anderseits befürchtete ich, dass das Kleid nur im Schrank hängen bleibt. Ich ging das Risiko ein und bereue denn Kauf ganz und gar nicht. Als ich das Kleid trug, vergaß ich, dass ich so ein wildes Muster trage und habe gar nicht überlegt, ob ich alle Blicke auf der Straße auf mich richte :)

Das Kleid ist ziemlich breit geschnitten, was nicht heißt, dass ich mir ein zu großes Modell gekauft habe. Laut Beschreibung soll es so sitzen. Ich fühlte mich aber damit nicht wohl und habe einen Gürtel hinzugefügt, der mir optisch eine Taille verschaffen hat. Ohne Gürtel lässt sich das Teil ganz gut mit einer Strickjacke, Jacke oder Mantel tragen.

Bevor ich mir etwas bei Asos bestelle, schreibe ich den Namen des Artikels und die Marke in Google Bilder. Asos verkauft weltweit und dessen Kleidung kann man sehr oft auf ganz normalen Plus Size Frauen, die sich für ihren Blog fotografieren, sehen. Das gibt mir ein besserer Bild, wie das Teil allgemein Aussieht, wie tief der Ausschnitt ist oder über die Gesamtlänge.

Długo się zastanawiałam zanim kupiłam tą sukienkę. Z jednej strony fascynował mnie jej wzór, dla niektórych banalna panterka, lecz jej czerwony odcień czynił ją bardziej interesującą. Z drugiej strony obawiałam się, że będę miała opory przed noszeniem jej. Zazwyczaj sięgam po spokojniejsze ubrania. Ale zaryzykowałam - i nie żałuję, ponieważ czułam się w niej bardzo dobrze. Wbrew obawom w ogóle zapomniałam, że mam na sobie dość mocno przyciągający oczy wzór i nie zastanawiałam się, czy aby nie przyciągam wzroku połowy ulicy :)

Sukienka jest szyta na luźną, lekko rozszerzającą się ku dołowi (nie jest za duża, w opisie artykułu było zaznaczone, że tak ma się układać). Żeby nadać jej trochę kształtu zapięłam dookoła talii pasek. Sukienka bez paska wygląda dobrze tylko w towarzystwie jakiegoś wierzchniego okrycia. Sama w sobie powinna być trochę sztucznie zwężana w talii.

Zanim kupuję ubranie na Asosie wpisuję w Google w dziale grafiki nazwę marki i produktu. Jest naprawdę sporo kobiet, które pokazują w Internecie swoje ubrania tam zakupione, dzięki czemu można podejrzeć jak naprawdę leżą, jak wygląda dekolt, czy dokąd sięgają.

I was thinking a while about buying that dress. The print fascinated me a lot, it looked some kind artistic, but on the other hand I was afraid,, that the dress would hang in the closet all the time. I decided to take a risk an buy it anyway. And I don't regret it. I have worn this piece a couple of times and felt very good in it. I wasn't thinking about wearing a crazy print and if I catch all eyes on the street.

The dress has a wide cut, what doesn't mean that it is too big. The description said it should be that way. I didn't feel comfortable in that cut, so I added a belt that made me optically a waist :) The dress looks quite good without belt but only if you are wearing something over it, like a cardigan or a coat. In the other way I would strongly recommend a belt.

Before I buy clothes on Asos I put the name and the brand into Google Pictures. There are a lot of women, that show this clothes on them in the Internet. Thanks that I have a better picture how the piece really looks likr, how it fits to the body, how deep the neckline goes or just how long it is.

Plus Size Trend Guide: SWIMSUITS

Vor einiger Zeit hat mich eine Freundin gebeten ihr ein Paar Läden zu empfehlen, wo sie sich einen Plus Size Schwimmanzug oder einen Plus Size Bikini für den kommenden Sommer kaufen könnte. Das hat mich zu einer neuen Folge der Plus Size Trend Guide inspiriert. Ich bin überrascht, wie viele Läden Plus Size Schwimmanzüge verkaufen! Ich freue mich, dass es immer mehr von denen in einer Art Kleid gibt. Das muss ich mir unbedingt für den Sommer besorgen! :)

Niedawno koleżanka zapytała mnie, czy nie mogłabym jej podpowiedzieć nazw kilku sklepów plus size, w których mogłaby rozejrzeć się za strojem kąpielowym na lato. Zainspirowało mnie to do stworzenia posta z propozycjami ciekawych strojów kąpielowych, czy bikini. Jestem zaskoczona jak wiele sklepów oferuje stroje kąpielowe w większym rozmiarze! I bardzo się cieszę, że jest coraz więcej strojów szytych na kształt sukienki. Koniecznie muszę sobie tego lata taki sprawić! :)
